Ever feel like an orphan bicycler because there are no clubs around for the types of bikes that you like to ride? Do your friends or your spouse think you are weird for rescuing every rusty old bike you find at a yard sale or on a trash pile? Have you grown tired of folks shouting "Nice bike Pee Wee" as you roll your pride and joy down the boulevard?

Well, raise up your chin, put away your lone wolf jacket and come ride with a pack of bike folk who understand that being a little different is fun. The Spokesmen is a bike club for people that preserve, restore, customize and ride off the wall bicycles. Whether you fancy antiques, fat tired cruisers, choppers, customs, low-riders or vintage muscle bikes, you are welcome to come hang out with us and ride.

Club meetings are held at 2:00 PM on the third Sunday of each month. The locations do vary but normally we meet at Peddlers Bike shop in Independence, Missouri.  Meetings usually consist of a small swap meet, a formal meeting and conclude with a group ride.
